Some of you will recall that a week or two (or three) ago, I challenged y'all to a friendly competition to see how many extra books we could get to mail in (from friends and family who don't want to participate in the challenge, or in one case, from someone who is participating, but who isn't taking the time to enter all her books online).

Last Friday and Saturday I went to a For Women Only Woman's Expo and Erie's new Bayfront Convention Center.  It's right on the bayfront...and is designed to look like a ship from the outside, and from the inside...beautiful views of the bayfront.

I'm often astounded by the range of experience, education, and talent we have on the boards, not just in writing, but in a huge range of disciplines, professions, and arts/crafts/hobbies.
