I am two books shy of reaching my 250th book. When I started this back in January my goal was to read 250 books within the next 365 days. I figured that would be a reasonable goal.
This is the conversation I had the other day while out on my run–phone rings…
me: “Hello?”
middle son: “Mom, where are you?”
me: huff, puff…“Running, you know that.”
middle: “Star Wars isn’t on.”
me(you have got to be kidding me): “Um…huff, puff…okay…?”
Just wanted to wish all our Canadian friends a Happy Thanksgiving!!
The US Thanksgiving isn't until next month, but hey, I like celebrating giving thanks multiple times each year.
I know eharl is a PG 13 site and I was just wondering why
Does anybody know?
I personally (given my age) would have been happy with an "adult" site, I'm just wondering who would have made the decision and what elements were involved in making it
What would be the pros and cons for 13 as opposed to 18?
Umm...we-ell, it's been a disgustingly LONG time since I've visited eHarl.
During that time I have seen both my teens fly the nest, moved house (downsized considerably!), and become a 'new' woman (thanks to a major operation that became necessary).

1. Cody Jacobs, tell me the most interesting thing about you.
I’m a bull rider and close to winning the world title. Six months ago I realized that I’m an alcoholic.
2. What do you do for fun?
Ride bulls. And these days, I like spending time with my little girl.
I posted this a few weeks ago over at Struggling Writers. Christyne responded (Ta!) Since then, I've been doing a little better. I'm up to nearly 7k of my WIP, and I've only been over it about 12 times - but I'm still moving forward.
