In my book, Merry Christmas, Cowboy (out on the shelves for just another week or so) Lauren (the heroine) tells Seth (the hero) that when she was a little girl, she'd asked her mother for a Cabbage Patch doll for Christmas.  She never got one.  Even though that was many years ago, she still remembers not getting the doll she wanted so badly. 

My November, Silhouette Special Edition, Merry Christmas, Cowboy! is available this month. It seems to be selling well out of the gate (so to speak). I found out it is #77 on BookScan this week!!

It seems as if it gets harder and harder to fit everything I want to do into a day that's already too short.  I recently asked some friends for suggestions on how to fit exercise into a day that's already filled to overflowing.  Here are some of the fabulous answers I received.

Every author has their own voice, their own sensibility, their own way of putting together words.  I'm always excited when I find a new author who I really like.

When I start to see the Back-To-School sales at my local merchants, a sadness washes over me.  Why?  Because I love summer and having the kids go back to school signals the season is coming to an end. 

I would venture a guess that we all have guilty pleasures.  Things we love to do when we should be cleaning the house, doing laundry or mowing the yard.  For me, reading is one of those pleasures.  But it's not the only one...  

I’m a pet lover, so it’s often no surprise that my books end up with animals in them.  In the first book in my Meet Me in Montana trilogy, Claiming the Rancher’s Heart, the hero, Josh, had a blue heeler.  I just happen to have a blue heeler and you can see

Today, my July Special Edition, Your Ranch or Mine?  will be released. (okay, you can’t see but I’m turning cartwheels…and these, my friends, are Olympic quality cartwheels!)
