I got a reader letter this morning, and she commented on the fact that she knew she'd love Unexpected Gifts the moment she read my "Dear Reader" letter. She also commented that I was lucky to have my husband! I'll confess, I couldn't remember exactly what I wrote, so I went and checked it out.

So, today, I did an interview with a local show.  It was the end of my fall touring!!  It's been crazy, but fun!

When the new show, Glee, came on, a few people emailed me and said that when they heard the title, they thought of me!  Wow, what a huge compliment!   I'll confess, I tend to be fairly happy...or gleeful.  Rumor has it that my gleeful love of Mondays (Happy Monday, everyone!) is odd, but friends indulge me!  And frankly, I'd rather smile than frown!

So, last week I went to New Jersey.  Now, I'm going to confess, I'm very lucky!  Whenever I travel, my dh makes sure the house is spic and span before I get home.  Now, I've long suspected that the house doesn't quite look that way during my absence, but I was informed just how bad it is this time.  Not only that, I was informed the family had made up a few new rules while I was gone.

I was supposed to guest-blog today, but my November heroine, Eli Cartwright filled in for me! 

For those of you who don't see much autumn, here are pics from the fall-fest at Peak 'N Peek yesterday.  It's such a lovely time.  Lots of crafts and food.  The pics are from the ski lift.
