Reading by numbers...we can DO this folks!

book bag icon.bmp

So I'm sitting here at my desk and thinking to myself HOW am I going to galvanize the Community into going that extra mile and hitting our numbers this month? And I took down my handy dandy calculator (yup, be AFRAID folks) and I said to myself....hmmmm, let's see now. I know we have 2,601 Community members as of Monday (Thank you, Scott) and I know we have to read and review 100,000 Books.

So I took the 100,000 books and divided that by the number of available hands we have on-deck and guess what I came up with?

Love inspired spot the difference answers.jpg

Ladies and Gents, we HAVE a winner!

Super Bookworm identified the differences between the two covers for Linda Ford's Love Inspired novel, A Road to Love, correctly and most importantly before anyone else did Laughing and thus earns the right to the title 'She Who Is Most Observant' to carry thus forward in her eHarlequin.com Community signature until such time as the next Spot the Difference contest is announced and winner declared....or I run out of steam, LOL!

So...no excuses Lucy, if you've got books to blog about, get busy....we're sooooo close! At the end of April we are planning to send out the first shipment of books from our Distribution Center in Buffalo to the National Center for Family Literacy and the books will assist the NCFL with their FACE literacy program.

Why do you believe in LOVE?

calendar3.JPG

This month we asked 31 of your favorite authors to weigh in each day with their thoughts on love and why they believe in it, in our second annual Blog Bash event in Community. From mother-love to love at-first-sight, these authors pay tribute to the heart with stories that celebrate defining moments in their lives and of those dear to them from the triumphant to the trivial.
