Nini's blog

It has been a long time since i've written on my blog.  My life's been hectic, though not nearly as hectic as my sister's.  I truly don't know how she's done it, but she has.

Is it like cleansing of the soul?  No freakin' way.  Tomorrow, Monday the 3rd of March, is "Read Across America" day for schools.  So, in honor of that and with the help of our middle school media specialist (they used to be called Librarians), we've begun a 'book swap' for students.

Does it make me old?  I don't know.  I do know that when i told my sister that i'll be married twenty years this coming June, that made me feel old.  But the age?  I don't think so.

Should have a free day to do whatever they want!! 

 So party hearty, enjoy, and have a good time!

Now granted, some of you may think, "What the heck is she writing about?", but let me tell you that in my house, the NY Giants reign supreme!  And I live in Washington Redskin/Baltimore Ravens territory!

What a strange word...I went to an online dictionary and found out that a blog was a "portmanteau of a weblog".  Then i went looking up 'portmanteau".  For someone who wants to make their pride and joy by writing stories, my education has been sadly neglected.  Blog.  Makes me think of when i'm sick and i'm trying cough up stuff.
