Brett is happy to have his son for the summer, though his son has found a job on the llama trekking ranch with mysterious Samantha Weston. Why doesn’t she drive? Why can’t he find out anything about her past? Has she changed her name? Is she just putting in time with the llamas before going back to her “real” life?
Falling For The Deputy - Amy Frazier
I picked this up. I put this down. I picked it up and put it down a second time and then finally, I made myself really start reading the book. It may have been my mood (each of the times I started), but it took me better than two chapters, before I warmed up to this one. It was a good story once I got into it. Mack and Chloe have some serious baggage that needed to be dealt with and neither wanted to open the first bag and get started. When they did, it really helped the story roll along. This is my second my Amy Frazier and I may read another if my fancy gets tickled or I read another good review - that is how I ended up with this one and the first one.
Falling for the Deputy
This book is a sweet story about a reporter and a small town cop. I really enjoyed the chemistry between the main characters.

Falling for the Deputy
Chloe Atherton is a reporter with her first big assignment. She's to do a story on Applegate police department and Mark Whittaker is to show her around. Mark wants his past to stay out of the story, but the town has other ideas.
Blame It on the Dog
This book was read in dribs and drabs, which makes it a bit difficult to form a cohesive opinion about it. Especially hard because the last half was read in the hospital emergency room with my mother (who is doing very well, thank God), but my overall impression was definitely favorable.
