Oh, I enjoyed this on many levels! The ugly duckling, the forced proximity, protection of her brother, revenge on a bad guy and the hero's determined plan to get the heroine that didn't insult her or hurt her, but let her be more than she thought she could be. Altogether a very strong story that left me with a very happy and satisfied feeling. (MTH)

2.5 Stars.  A good read for passing time. Tessa-chasing a dream. Stavros-love to him was a foreign language.  Tessa's love for Stavros was more like "gratitude & adoration with your life-saver", not romanic love.  Stavros' declaration of his love to Tessa was very sweet.  NFM

I just loved this sheikh book.  I don't like "cruel" sheikhs, but Rafiq is the epitome of honour.  And he loves for keeps.  Annie West is a great new discovery for me.

I liked this book and enjoyed the hero and the heroine.  But I must admit, Stavros Denakis was just a little to alpha male for me!  Sexy as sin, but very alpha.  Loved the internal conflicts of the characters.

4 Stars! ~~~ This is a terrific first book with main characters that I fell in love with from the first pages.
