A Dangerous Love (de Warenne Dynasty)
I've read the other books in the deWarenne series. I looked forward to Ariella's story. I really enjoyed the other books in the series. However, for me, the Rom (gypsy) character, was simply not as believable to me in his struggles between deciding on his English heritage and his Rom heritage. Since that is the central aspect of the story, that took away from the story for me.
Deadly Affairs
Book three and the emergence of Calder Hart, Rick’s half brother as the serious contender for Francesca’s heart. While she loves Rick, there are MAJOR roadblocks I can’t go into due to spoiliage. But lemme just say, there’s a scene where Calder is with his mistress and he kisses her palm and sayd, “I want to kiss the heart of your sex” and dude, I nearly fainted.
Deadly Pleasures
I’m gonna be honest and say up front, the mystery aspect in this one played secondary to the intertwining personal lives of the cast of characters. Which was actually fine with me. I think Joyce has done a great job with these characters.
The Stolen Bride by Brenda Joyce
Blurb: Her heart belongs to an outlaw . Sean O'Neil was once everything to Eleanor de Warenne -- but since he disappeared from his ancestral home, there has been no word, and even Eleanor has abandoned hope, promising her hand to another.
Deadly Love
what a delightful surprise the book was! I loved the beginning of what I’m told is a fabulous series although apparently one that ends in a cliffhanger. I’ll most definitely be back to read more in the series, even knowing that.
The Prize
This story is about two very complicated people trying to resolve their personal issues, with themselves and with each olther. A bit earthy in spots for me but still a good story.
A Danegerous Love by Brenda Joyce
Blurb: A Dangerous OBSESSION Torn from his Romany mother's arms as a small boy, Viscount Emilian St. Xavier has spent a lifetime ignoring the whispers of gypsy that follow him everywhere.
Beyond Scandal
Although the hero was a little darker than I nomally like, the intriguing plot definitely kept my interest until the very end!
The Perfect Bride
This was an excellent book!!!
