Dr. Stewart Kramer has a mystery to solve when he pulls a woman from a train wreck. He also has a dilemma when he finds he is drawn to this woman. The unknown woman cannot remember anything after the blow she sustained to her head, but now she has two babies to care for.

Stewart is the kind of young man that every mother wants for her daughter. The young woman has reasons to fear any involvement, but she must overcome this fear. This is a well-written tale of strength, growth, and hope. I will look for more books by this author. Thumbs up!

My 50th book!!!!   A train crash, a rush to save a baby, a romance!

When an unknown woman is dragged from the wreckage of a train crash, her final words before losing consciousness are a plea for the life of the baby inside her.

 Dr Stewart Kramer knows he must do all he can to save this baby --- he believes it to be his late brother's child.

This was great and the insights into neonatal care were eye opening. The author talks about how this one is special to her as her granddaughter weighed just over a pound when she was born and is now a healthy two year old. I must pass this to my friend who had a premie grandbaby.
