Gena Showalter
The Vampire's Bride by Gena Showalter (Atlantis series)
I really liked this book a lot. I have only read one other in the series so I might have to go pick up the others. Gena Showalter also has another series "Lords of the Underworld" that I'm thinking about getting as well. It's not like I don't have enough to read on my TBR shelves! (she writes with sarcasm)
The Vampire's Bride - Atlantis #4
My first read by Gena Showalter, and I picked it up this month for the paranormal type theme - it being October and all.
The Darkest Whisper by Gena Showalter
Loved this one! Could not put it down. Things are really starting to gear up for the Lords. Interesting twists are forming in this one. I can't until next year when the next book comes out. I really enjoy reading this series. Sabin, with his demon Doubt will put nothing in front of winning this war, but Gwen may be the one to test that.
Series: Lords of the Underworld #4
Back Cover:
The Darkest Pleasure - #3 in Lords of the Underworld series
Reyes is a man possessed. Bound by the demon of pain, he is forbidden to know pleasure. Yet he craves a mortal woman, Danika Ford, more than breath and will do anything to claim her.
The Darkest Kiss - #2 in Lords of the Underworld series
Though she has lived for centuries, Anya, goddess of anarchy, has never known pleasure, until she meets Lucien, the incarnation of death. He draws her like no other man ever has and Anya will risk anything to have him.
The Darkest Pleasure by Gena Showalter
Another great installment of the Lords of the Underworld. I could not put it down, I had to know what was going to happen next. I really like this series. I've fallen in love with all the heros and Reyes is no exception. I felt for him and I'm so glad that Danika was there to help him. Problem with Danika is that Aeron is commanded to kill her and her family.
Mysteria Lane
Great shorts about the goings on in Mysteria. Each story leaves you wanting more of Mysteria. Great read with characters that pull you into the stories.
Intertwined by Gena Showalter
Oh my goodness, I couldn't put this book down! Great job, Gena, on this teen novel! I totally felt for Aden and even had tears at the end. I can not wait for the next story to see what happens with Aden, Mary Ann, Victoria and Riley. I really really hope we don't have to wait a full year for the next story!
Book 158 - four shorts to equal one book
Lords of the Underworld: The Darkest Prison by Gena Showalter - this was a short that was a prequel to the new LofU books that started this month. Interesting take on Greek gods/Titans, especially Nike and Atlas.
Tales of an Extraordinary Girl
Used to be my greatest achievment was holding a job more than three days. Now suddenly I can shoot fireballs, chill your drink or blow-dry your hair at fifty paces with a blink of my eye!
