My Opinion: An enjoyable book, sometimes sad, the story of the heroine and hero and the patients. You should expect the love of your parents, you shouldn’t have to work hard to prove yourself to them but that’s what Chelsea Majors had to do. She craved their love, tried to earn it but it never worked, was it because she wasn’t perfect like her brother, Will.

Jill Davidson's irresponsible sister Jessie signed up to pretend to be Princess Isabella Jane Strovnik for the reality show "Jane Millionaire", but at the last minute, she decided that she wanted to stay at home with her love of the moment.

This is an excellent story of how two people meet fall in love and get separated only to meet again years later.

Chelsea Majors met Jared Floyd for the first time ten years ago and she knew he was everything she wanted but circumstances separated them. When they met again sparks flew and they had a second chance except that Chelsea was going to have to teach Jared to love again.

Chelsea graduated from medical school and took a job at Madison Medical Center, a moderate sized medical practice in Alabama where her brother worked as did Jared. As a child Chelsea had suffered from scoliosis and then had suffered through childhood as a "freak" as far as the other children were concerned. She had had surgery eventually that straightened her spine but left her with scars down her back that caused a lover to leave her.
Now she was working with Jared and although she still had feelings for him neither of them wanted to get involved.

This is an amazingly funny debut book for Ms. Lynn. If you are looking for a medical, this is not it, but it showcases a new voice that has a wide streak of humor. Her voice also has a delicious sensuality and she pens not one sexy hero, but several bachelors in this reality TV spoof.

Love that heals and redeems the past mistakes is what this hero needs. Despite the need he keeps pushing the heroine away. Almost to the point of book throwing. There is much about this story that I like, but I did grow inpatient for his turn around moment.

Chelsea Majors hero worshiped Jared from afar. Will she succeed in winning him over?
