Just finished the first Night Huntress story HALFWAY TO THE GRAVE by Jeaniene Frost and had to run right out and buy the sequel. A sure sign of a good read. Heroine Cat Crawfield is a half vamp dedicated to killing any vampires whose path she crosses until the night she targets a vamp she just can't stake.

SYNOPSIS: Cat Crawford has adjusted to her life as a Special Agent, tracking down and killing vampires as part of her team.  Her half-vampire skills have come in handy in her new role.  She still hasn't forgotten Bones, the vampire who trained her, no matter how hard she has tried.  Someone has now targeted Cat for death, bringing Bones back into her life.  Will Bones and Cat be overcome the differences between them?

Very good paranormal romance! Cat Crawfield is half-vampire and half human. She is trying to rid the world of vampires and get revenge for her mother. Along the way, she meets Bones (a vampire) who helps her to hone her fighting skills. I can't wait to read the next installment of The Night Huntress series! I think it will be out in May of this year.

Jeaniene Frost's Halfway to the Grave is a paranormal romance of the variety that will follow the same couple through several books. It was a lot of fun.
