#872 Marrying the Runaway Bride by Jennifer Taylor (HMR #356)
Very enjoyable medical romance, I loved it.
Archie gave an unknown woman advice and so prevented her making an unhappy marriage, then months later, she’s a relief nurse in the hospital he’s about to leave. Can she return the favour by convincing him he doesn’t need to make an all or nothing decision?
Tender Pursuit by Jennifer Taylor (HP 1349)
The heroine is a PI investigating two wives suspected of cheating with the hero. The heroine mistakenly thinks the hero a gigolo, which is silly because she's supposed to have research skills and instinct for the truth. The hero could easily prove he isn't a gigolo and remove all boundary between them, but he doesn't and it's stupid that he doesn't. They are drawn together despite the gigolo boundary and have some slightly tepid scenes. The best scenes are early in the book when he finds her investigating him. The rest is tepid.

Marrying the Runaway Bride - Jennifer Taylor
Heather and Archie are quite the pair (you notice not couple). They meet unexpectledly twice. Work together. And in the end as a couple solve their supposed unsolvable problems together. Interesting twisted side story with Emily
Marrying the Runaway Bride by Jennifer Taylor, Harlequin Medical Jul08 #356
Archie Carew is a surgeon from London who comes across a nurse running away from her wedding. Later she shows up on his unit miles from where they met. Neither is in a position where they can marry, but love finds them. Is love enough?
There is so much about this book that I like, but one little detail in a suspected child abuse case ended up not ringing true for me. Kind of annoying, but not a problem that derailed me from the read, or from my enjoyment of the book as a whole.
