Lauren is trying to cope with a nasty breakup that majorly bruised her heart and her perception of herself and so she goes to an island to spend some time sorting her heart out, but her friend Lisette cancels at the last minute and Lauren goes alone. Lisette tells her there's a caretaker named Josh and his friend Marcus but that they're gay.
