Fantastic once again! Book 4 of this series continues to delve into the lives of the brothers and those assosicated with them. In this case, the ex-cop Butch.

Fiercely loyal to the Black Dagger Brotherhood, Phury has sacrificed himself for the good of the race, becoming the male responsible for keeping the Brotherhood's bloodlines alive. As Primale of the Chosen, he is obligated to father the sons and daughters who will ensure that the traditionso f the race survive and that there are warriors to fight those who want all vampires extinguished.

Book 3 of this great series. Continues with Zsadist's story and his background as a blood slave. Love the character of Zsadist and his slow acceptance of himself thanks to Bella.

My 72nd book for the year is the 6th Black Dagger book.

So I stayed up later than I should have last night because I couldn't put this book down and had to finish the last 100 pages. I just can't even put into words how much I loved it.

I wanted to love this book. Everyone I know loves the Black Dagger Brotherhood series. I didn't like the first one all that much, but I decided to try again. And nope, I still don't like them. Wah. When I say everyone I know loves the books, I mean everyone.

This is the third book in the Black Dagger Brotherhood series. I'm starting to realise I really, really like reading books in series. When they're done well, there's an added richness to being able to revisit characters who've appeared in previous books, or will appear as the main characters in upcoming books.

I read the first JR Ward Black Dagger Brotherhood book last year. This one is Rhage and Mary's
