I loved this book, and the bond that was formed between Anita and Jason. Jason is one of my favorite characters.

Here is #27 for the year. I cant believe I have read 17 books in this series. It doesnt seem like I have read so many (until I look at my book shelf). This is another series I just cant do without.

The Book:

#17 in the series. A bit slower paced than some of the previous installlments. Anita's got more junk to wade through than normal as she breaks Vegas Metro into her brand of investigating, and they've got more magic to smack her around with than St Louis PD. The culmination of Marmee Noir and Vittorio's storylines end here, I'm not sure how I feel about those.

Anita has to go out of state again, but this time to help a friend out. Larry cant go to philly to raise a zombie because his wife is having problems with her pregnancy. So Anita decides to go in his place. She takes with her Micah one of her boyfriends. This is the first time since they met that they have spent any time alone.

This book was packed with action and pasion! I couldn't put this book down, it was an amazing read. There is a case that Anita is called into where a vampire serial killer is lose. They are killing strippers from the local strip clubs. The pasion between Anita and the men in her life heat up! It was amazing!!

The 11th book of the Anita Blake series. This book was very action packed and full of mystery. Straight from the book.

Anita has been torn between the two men in her life Jean-Claude the master vampire of the city and Richard the Ulfric of the local werewolf clan. She has been avoiding them both for months. When a kidnapper targets incocents that she has sworn to protect anita must turn to them for help. She cant handle the power between her and these two men and now there is another man in her life Micah.

Anita has to travel to Tennesee to help get her ex-fiance the alpha werewolf out of jail. She ends up getting intimite with Richard while she is figureing out how to channel her innerbeast.

Anita travels to Branson to help settle a dispute over who owend the land that a graveyard sat on. There were three teenagers dead in the woods nearby. Anita discovers something preternatual is causing not only the deaths of the teenagers, but has a lot to do with the land.
