 Janie Murphy owns the Heaven on Seventh Restaurant. She keeps to herself, doesn't have any friends, and hides in the kitchen when a certain Deputy comes around because she doesn't know how to face him since they had a one-night stand a few months back.

Deputy Ben Jackson's had his eye on Janie ever since she came to town 3 yrs ago so when the opportunity presented itself, he spent a night with her. This is Margaret Watson's last book in a series but it stands alone real well . I really like series but I hate it when I have to try and find the other books especially when they are not published close together. This stand alone book is a part crime and part love story.

Caine O'Roarke finally agrees to go to San Rafael to rescue Lexie Hollister, It's been over a year since he abruptly left her for a mission. He has to bring more than just Lexie back. He's also bringing back his two-month old daughter.

Very good and this ones been in my TBR pile for a long time. It feels good to get another one read. NFM
