Maria Shriver
Just Who Will You Be?
This book was recommended by a friend. It is a short read only ninety one pages. However, it should be mandatory reading for all eighth graders. The question should always be who will you be rather than what? This book address this issue quite succinctly.
And One More Thing Before You Go by Maria Shiver
This is a book that my mother gave me to read a few months ago when I graduated. It's based on a speech Maria Shriver gave at a graduation luncheon full of advice for graduates on how to deal with the future staring them in the face. Since the luncheon was for mothers and daughters, the target audience is mothers and daughters. However, some of the advice in it is universal.
