Dead Over Heals by Mary Janice Davidson
I am not a big fan of anthologies, but MJD does a great job with them. The first story is about Sinclair and Betsy and deals with their honeymoon in NYC. Unfortunately for them, Jessica and Nick decide to tag along with them. Even worse for all of them is when a child ends up dead in front of their hotel.
Undead and Uneasy by Mary Janice Davidson
blurb: Weddings are never easy. But when you're Vampire Queen Betsy Taylor, they can become downright deadly...
Dead Over Heels
Mary Janice Davidson has produced a compilation of 3 short novellas.
The first story is a delicious story about the honeymoon of the King & Queen of the Vampires. The Undead series is one of the most hilarious series in existence. This story fits right in. However, it won't make any sense if you have not read at least half of the series.
Perfect for the Beach, 2004
From the back cover: Turn up the heat with these 6 steamy novellas that carry an SPF--Sexy, Provocative, Fabulous--rating that's off the scale and just Perfect for the Beach!!
A. Some Like it Hot by Lori Foster, Rating: Pretty Good
B. One Wilde Weekend by Janelle Denison, Pretty Good
C. Blue Crush by Erin McCarthy, Good
Swimming Without a Net by Mary Janice Davidson
Here is book 2 of Fred the Mermaild...I read book 1 for last years challenge.
The Book:
Dead Over Heels
This book contains three quirky short stories. They are all very good. One is based on Betsy the vampire queen, it is just a wee bit on the dark side. Another one is a mermaid story and no it is not about Fred, but it is wonderful. The last is about someone in her werewolf series. I give this book a five which is my highest rating.
