Dr. Zack Hemingway was enjoying his life, until his mom came to visit, and turned his life upsidedown.  Zack's mom is trying to do match making and he is finding out some secrets from his past. 

After reading Patt Marr's latest, I knew I had to find some of her backlist. This story from April, 2000, was not a disappointment and has found its way to my Keeper Shelf. Sunny and Pete meet on the Dream-Date show, both pretending to be something they aren't simply to get through the show.

Chloe was a great character.  She followed her dreams, even though her father was dead set agaisnt them.  Zack's compassion for Chloe was great.  It took nerve for him to stand up to Dr. Kilannon -- but he did it for Chloe.

This book is a wonderful read. It tells us that not only is a person recognized because they have a degree or a few letters behind their name, a person is also recognized because of the meaningful roles he/she may play in the lives of others they come in contact with, even if you are just a clown by choice. Dr. Zack Hemingway a pediatrician is caught up in a match making plan by his boss Dr.

A cute, inspiring love story of a Dr. and the daughter of his boss. As she learns how to be more assertive and aware of who she is in the world, he is learning that she might just be the one for him.

Dr. Hemingway has a problem - his boss has handpicked two of this three daughters as a potential bride.  But he doesn't want one!  Then he meets Flower, the alter ego to his boss' third daughter.  It's not smooth sailing and then his mother drops a bombshell that disrupts his life.  Will there be happiness for Zack and Chloe?

I LOVED this book!  Truly!!!  I have connected with this book on so many levels that I am thinking about creating my clowning personality!!!  I always act foolish for God and kids without a costume, but I occassionally find my self feeling self-concious later....this could give me a whole new platform!

This book was very good. I loved the good Doc. He had a since of humor. He loves his mom. You got to love a man who treats mom good.
