Jake is working at Blackstone's so Holly is assigned as his personal assistant while they try to decide what kind of spin to put on the big news. Max is blackmailing Holly to find out the truth, Jake suspects Holly of being the press leak, how is she to prove she's innocent? Then Jake proposes a marriage deal, he'll pay her family's bills if she'll provide the stable image he needs.

I would rate this book as fair. I like a little more action in a story, especially when you're dealing with lots of money. I thought there should have at least been a scene in which the hero (Jake Vance) confronts the "villain" (Max). All in all though it was a decent read.
