Public Defender Raeanne Martin was in a big trial, every day she sat in front and at the other table was Rafe Wolf Boy Rawlings.
He had been picked on by everyone but her as a student. She secretly had loved him and married his best friend now dead for 7 years.
Rafe feared nothing except loving Raeanne; he could not even tell her so.

legal drama
I have read the Montana Mavericks series since the beginning, but this was the first one that left me curious about the ending.Not that the ending was not good just left a few holes. I am happy to say that my curiosity is getting satisfied in the Next book" the Law is No Lady" by Helen R.Myers.

Way of the Wolf
My Opinion: Another intriguing read. Detective Sergeant Rafe Rawlings (Wolf Boy) appears strong, capable, determined but underneath he’s still the little boy who was abandoned in the woods, teased, and built himself up to fight the bullies. Raeanne Martin has always taken and protected strays, including Rafe. She protected him from the bullies and befriended him.
