The Mediterranean Prince's Captive Virgin
Leola was in the wrong place at the wrong time and she saw a crime in action. So Prince Nico kidnapped her to protect her from the criminal. When the immediate danger was over but a threat still lay over her life he suggested that she pretend to be his mistress.
His Majesty's Mistress - Robyn Donald
Giselle seems a bit of an odd character and I can't figure her twin sister at all. I kept thinking that there must have been something else going on there, but I liked the ending. Prince Roman was interesting, but Bella was a true "wicked witch"

His Majesty's Mistress
Roman and Giselle met on a Pacific Island Paradise and was instantly attracted. Soon they consumated that attraction and had an idyllic few days together until Roman had to leave.

The Millionaire's Virgin Mistress
I've never read a book by Ms. Donald before - and I'm not quite sure how. This was a very well written book and I enjoyed it very much. As usual there's a longer/real review here.
#133 – Some Kind of Madness by Robyn Donald (HP #1464, June 1992)
"You're running scared, Laurel."
And according to Alick Forsythe, she didn't ever know what she was really running from.
Wrong. Laurel knew all too well. Alick was exciting and dangerous, and that kind of potent attraction in a man had led to her disastrous marriage - an experience she never wanted to repeat.
Alick, however, made it quite clear that he didn't intend to take no for an answer. Laurel thought about trying to get away - but for some reason, she knew that submitting to the inevitable would be so much easier..."
I liked the story but the views were dated since this was published in 1992.

Mansion for my Love by Robyn Donald (HP 567)
Back Cover:
"He's not a good man to fall in love with!"
Faine had not ignored the warning, but even without his wealth, charm and good looks, Burke Harding had a magnetism,
His determined pursuit and assault on her heart soon overcame her wavering resistance. She agreed to marry him, but some deep instinct of self-preservation kept her from revealing her love—and in time her decision was vindicated.
"I carefully avoided telling you that I love you," he told her when Faine discovered she was a stand-in for the woman he really loved—but could not have.
Spoiler Warning: All my reviews contain spoilers to some degree
Content Warning: Well told story, but may make some feel uncomfortable. This ain't a relaxing read. The hero is in love with another woman the whole time he pursues and marries the heroine, it's only after the heroine leaves him and he tries it on with his "forbidden" other woman that he realizes he loves the heroine. Eeek.
Favourite Scene: (I like non-promiscuous heroes, and he teased her nicely here)
He chuckled. One hand moved up her back, came to rest in the soft curls at her neck. She shivered as he wound one around his finger.
‘Do I frighten you?’ he asked, and then, ‘I’m not promiscuous, Faine. Not exactly virtuous either, but you can trust me not to seduce you.’ Another pause, before he added, ‘At least, not until I know you much better.’
