Good read, alot of focus on the dangers of cancer and the suggestion of fate being involved in the realtionship. This mismatched couple of an ex-con and a young woman raising her brother was a decent read

I am a big fan of these dynasties books, as I like to read about all the characters in a bigger story.  The Barones are a great family to read about.
