A Princess for Christmas - Christmas Treats
This is probably only my 3rd or 4th read by Shirley Jump, and the more I read by her, the more I enjoy. And with over 300 books read per year the last few years, and so many books in my library, it's saying something when I remember an author LOL!

A Princess for Christmas by Shirley Jump
Mariabella is enjoying her quiet normal life as an art gallery owner in a sleepy little town when Jake, a property tycoon, arrives to announce that he wants to buy her gallery. What is worse is that not only does he want her gallery but every other business on the block. Jake wants to reestablish his family name as tops in resort properties by building a resort town.

Doorstep Daddy by Shirley Jump (HR May 09)
Dalton Scott writes mysteries but his editor says he needs to get some emotion into his work. He’s under a fast looming deadline. When his next door neighbor asks him to watch the baby girl, she is babysitting, until her mother comes home, she leaves him no choice but to say yes. Sabrina is a little cutie but her single mother Ellie Miller is beautiful.

Good book; got up at 6 am this morning with DH, and thought about going back to bed until I had to roust the kids out (I'm on vacation the next 3 days), but this was calling me, so I sat down with this instead and finished it.

Such fun. The bird analogy towards the end was interesting. Loved the holiday meal and all its interuptions. Jake and Mariabella were great characters

Just Married – Cara Colter and Shirley Jump, HR Jan10, #4143, 2 in 1
Kiss the Bridesmaid by Cara Colter: is the story of bridesmaid Samantha Hall (one of the gang of six) and a cousin of the bride (one of the gang of six).
Best Man Says I Do by Shirley Jump focuses on two more of the gang of six, Vivian Reilly and Colton St. John.
Both are must by authors and they both deliver enjoyable stories in this shortened format.
