Really terrific story premise on this book. It grabbed me right from the start. It actually reminded me of a Hitchcock movie, which isn't a bad thing.

The last time Petra reported a crime someone died.  This time someone was already dead.  "I saw my neighbour murder his wife."  So where did the body go?  And why didn't the police believe her?

Petra and Joe have such a trusting relationship!  This book didn't have much of the "sitting on the edge of your seat" suspense, but I enjoyed it.  The ending was sweet with the roses.

Witness is about something we all dread.  Witnessing a crime that forces us out of our safety zone and into terror.  Often, terror simply means getting involved.  In Witness, getting involved plunges Petra into danger because while she witnessed a murder... there is no body.

I know Susan Page Davis from posting on ShoutLife and Edgy Christian Fiction Lovers and since the title was intriguing, I decided to order Witness.  I was not disappointed.  The plot twists kept coming.  I enjoyed the read tremendously.
