Bought: One Island, One Bride
This is one of those rare books that takes you through the whole thing from start to finish. The people were believable-- the setting real enough to taste the salt air. The story wasn't rushed and you got to see the differant facets of the couples personality traits and root for the heroine. Then ending was a bit weak but it doesn't deter from a good read.

Slap the Hero Scene:
‘If it had been left up to you I would never have known Edward existed,’ he said coldly.
‘How dare you judge me?’ Lucy exclaimed. ‘You were the one who slept with me and then left like a thief in the night. You didn’t even have the decency to reveal your true identity, let alone leave your telephone number.’
Kahlil controlled his desire to snap back. He knew what Lucy said about that night was true.

A Bought For Her Baby story. I didn’t like this one too much. Too many things going on! Khal being selected by the other sheikhs to be the supreme ruler and yet so much unrest. The there is the palace where his mom has always lived, but who was there before. Khal’s dad? A different ruling sheikh? And why would the other sheikhs select him, if he has been busy outside the country – not inside. Beth is naïve, but strong then seems to go stupid then sort of strong again !?!? Yup, not my favorite read in recent time.
Under the Italian's Command by Susan Stephens
Carly’s an appealing character and I love her growth in herself and her future in the story. It’s odd—co-workers or boss secretary stories really appeal to me, but in this instance, I felt he almost had more power over her as a tutor than I would have expected in the relationship.
