A Small Town Tempation by Terry McLaughlin
Back Cover Blurb: Charlie Keene has poured everything she's got into running her father's concrete company, and now her brother wants to sell. Worse, handsome acquisitions specialist Jack Maguire's arrived in town…and he wants to buy. Charlie's worked too hard to let the family firm go.
A Small-Town Temptation
I must confess I didn't read all of this book: it got too bogged down in the business "stuff" the heroine was going through. I frankly don't understand takeovers, buy-outs, etc. so I had no desire to read more of the same. I did like the fact that an older gal (the heroine's mother) found love and happiness...
Maybe, Baby
It could be a screenplay—
except this is no movie.
THE RANCHER NEEDS A WIFE (Bright Lights, Big Sky series book 2) by Terry McLaughlin, HSR #1400 Feb 07
My Thoughts: I really enjoyed this book. Not as much as book 3 but a close second. This is Maggie and Wayne's story.
MAKE-BELIEVE COWBOY (Bright Lights, Big Sky series, book 1) by Terry McLaughlin, HSR #1372, Sep06
My Thoughts: Since I read Maybe, Baby first (book 3)--and really enjoyed it--I decided to hunt down the first 2 books. This one is Ellie and Fitz's story and probably my least favorite of the series but it was still a good read.

MAYBE, BABY (Bright Lights, Big City series) by Terry McLaughlin, HSR #1438 Aug 2007
Review: I really enjoyed this book. The characters are so enjoyable. Burke, the H, is British and I can just hear the accent when he speaks. And I find his reactions to being out of his element so endearing. I also like how we gradually see him become less stuffy. And Nora, the h, is believable as a first time mother. Any of us that have been there can easily relate.
Maybe Baby by Terry McLaughlin (Superromance 1438 August 2007)
It could be a screenplay-except this is no movie. Film producer Burke Elliot really is snowbound in a remote Montana cabin with his glamorous star. He's here on a mission-to convince Nora Daniels to sign a contract and return with him to Hollywood-and nothing is going to stop him. Not her meddling friends, not the manure-filled snowdrifts, not the lousy cell-phone service.
