I was pleasantly surprised by this book.  It had a great story, good characters, and a lot of action!  And even a surprising little twist at the end!

Maureen Child out did herself with her three kings. The brothers were so scared to fall in love but when they did ooo they did it big time.

What to say about this book.  For starters, this character has a book in the second set of Athena Force and I really liked that story, so I think that helped me like this one even more.  I finally got to read the beginning of how things shaped her life in the second book.

The search for more evidence in Rainey's murder continues.  Darcy has begun her own investigative service over the last three years.  Her primary focus though is saving women and children who are being abused, simply because she knows what it is like to be in their situation and how much a little help can go a long way.

I have always been a BIG fan of the Bombshell Series, and was one of the many to be extremely saddened when the series was discontinued.  I thankfully got to the second set of Athena books when I subscribed to the series.  I'm currently gathering my hoard of the third set of Athena and holding them all until I can read each back to back without stopping.

A wonderful read about a married couple.
