SPICE Books

After reading my first SPICE book last year, I was a bit traumatized...to say the least, I don't even think I was able to finish it. I decided to give the series another go after hearing what a fantastic writer Megan Hart was. 

I really was not expecting this book to be what it was.  There were a lot of erotic scenes between Dan and Elle which were great, but I really got into the story.  Elle was very standoffish with Dan was obviously only using him for sex.  The reasons she closes herself off from others is serious.  There are really deep hurts and secrets.  Elle also has cut herself off from almost everyone else

Rating:  Very Good - 4 stars

Another incredible story from Megan Hart. Megan writes incredibly engaging characters woven around can't put it down, page turning stories.

At first, I was realy enjoying this book, getting to know the characters and discovering where they were going.  I enjoyed the interation bewteen Elle and Gavin, as well as the interaction between Elle and Dan.  But then, the DEEP DARK SECRET is revealed and I shudder.  Suddenly, I've lost all interest.  I had a really hard time finishing it after that.  I don't mind harsh reality in my eroti
