This one is definitely a new addition to my keeper shelf. A fabulous debut novel & a story I'm sure to read time and again!

Debut author
Trying a book from a writer I've never read before is always a risk. You don't know if you'll share the same vision of what a really good story entails. I've tried books where I didn't like any of it, those that were passable but not captivating, those that held me until the last fifty or so pages, and then there is the one that grabs you from the first pages and holds you to the end.
