I asked this a couple of days ago, and the conversation kind of veered off. One person did answer. But I'm still curious . . .
So, if you are not participating in the reading/book challenge, can you tell me why? My best guesses are:

Do you know about the book challenge? Our goal is to read 100,000 books this year as a community. However many we read, Harlequin Enterprises is going to donate the same number to The National Center For Family Literacy.
I just finished Season
of Strangers by Kat Martin, and boy, what a read!
I came late to the 1000,000 book challenge. I thought that I was so very busy that the few books I managed to find time to read wouldn’t add very much to the target, so last year I couldn’t register and show the world my paltry reading totals.
Congratulations, everyone!!
I just logged on to eHarlequin and saw that we've reached the 15,000 book mark with our reading and reviews toward our 100,000 goal. That's terrific!
Just felt like posting and saying "I'm still reading tons, I'm just being lazy and not posting my reviews yet." I've got about 15 books I've read this week that I need to review. I've typed up 10 but still need to do another 5. Eventually I'll post them all at once.
Ok, I admit, I picked this book up on the strength of its cover alone (I admit, I have a weakness for a nicely sculpted male chest).
But for my first time reading a period/Highlander piece, I really enjoyed this book. Seeing that I picked this one up at a used book store, I will see if I can hunt down the other books in this series
Ok I must admit, this ONE book has made me a fan of the Silhouette Romantic Suspense Line. I am here to tell you, if every book in this line brings fast paced action, perfectly married with romance, then I am in.
Just posting this for myself, so I keep track of how many books I'm reading.
So have y'all received your copy of the summer issue of Simply Books? I turned immediately to page 19 to read about the challenge (again) and was thrilled that there is a way to do this without being online.
