Anotehr good one in the series. A couple parts seemed a little too far fetched and a couple times Annja didn't seem quite true to character as we know her but it was good. And even better..... Garin Braden!

I have to say, and I hate to say it, but this was my least favorite book in the series so far. It wasn't nearly as exciting as most of the others. Though that oculd be a result of the fact that Gabriel's Horn was my favorite book in the series and was right before this one. Anyhow, didn't seem to be as much action and the book dragged in places.

wow. I think this one was my favorite in teh series yet. Of course the series is about Annja so she's always a predominant role, but we got to see SOOO much more of Roux and Garen this time and I loved that!

I love the premise of this series, with a powerful heroine who has collected wonderful friends and colleagues, who works internationally to save other powerful people.  The characterization is great, and that and the quick-moving, action-packed plots keep me coming back for more.  The pseudo-diary format is a little jarring and distancing at times, but the in-betweens where the story's really mo
