This is a wonderful uplifting book. It has two strong people who are dealing with family issues , who come through with the help of God and a strong foundation. It is not a preachy book. I loved it.

It was a wonderful book. It was fillrd with courtship and romance. The male Mitch Sandborn was a little slow on the uptake in realizing what a find, he had in Tessa. He just needed a little cuf upside his head. I can't wait for the next book in the series.   

I really enjoyed this book . I received it in the mail yesterday and read it in one session. It is a mixture of intrigue, romance an adventure. There were several sub plots but they did not  distract from the story.  I can hardly wait for the next book. 

Social worker Joyce Mitchell was widowed far too young and has stayed busy the last 5 years by running the group she founded to provide services like day care and job counseling to young women. She goes to dinner at her best friend's house and meets the new vice principal at the high school. This isn't a romance, although by the end Joyce is in a relationship with the V.P. It's a story of community and how people (women & women, men & women, men & men, mothers & children, you get the picture) interact and relate. The red dress in the title has to do with what's going on in Joyce's life, heart and head. I wish this book hadn't been abridged b/c I wanted to know these people better. A good read. I love Ms. Jackson's books especially the Westmorelands. Yes, Cole is a strong man but he gets saved by a woman, how wonderful. It was a wonderful read and I cannot wait for the next book. 

I  love this series. In this book Ms. Fredd brings Renee Foster to life. Yes, she is a genius but she hasn't had an easy life. She has to learn to trust again. The perfect man for her is Chris and this one has to learn to settle down.  I enjoyed the ride.

This is a wonderful book. Its basic premise is that Eli a Black Editor and writer of the Gazette is going out of business. He is trying to attract the interest of a black Publisher a Mr. G. W. Hicks. Mr Hicks prefers that the men in his employ be married.  It is this situation that compels Eli to ask a favor of longtime friend Jewel.

I loved this book. They had to use any excuse they could to get together. It was obvious they were attracted to each other from the start. You want to talk about stubborn it is these two. I can hardly wait for the next story in the series and that is saying something, since I was not interested in the Steele's in the beginning. 

I wanted to read the books based on a low life that would marry three woman at the same time. Each book will be handle by a wonderful writer. I thoroughly enjoyed the first book. This is Mrs. Alexandria Lord-Wright she is feisty and rich, even if she is not as assertive as she could be. I love her growth in this novel. I also like her hunky ally Hunter.

These Ramsey's are a mess. I thoroughly enjoyed this book. Fernando is attracted to a strong capable woman named Contessa. She does not make it easy for him as this woman wants to do an expose on his family. The suspense and tension in each story is wonderful.
