My Review: 

I loved Pregnancy of Passion.  The hero and heroine were lovers who broke up a year ago because of a miscarriage (and him stupidly thinking he wasn't the father).  The hero said that from the moment she told him about the baby, he considered them married in his eyes, and he acted accordingly.  He chased her, he watched over her, he felt she was his, he was faithful, he valued her as his and put her safety above everything else.  *sigh*  That was a strong warm love that just made me feel real good. 

Melanie's been heating up the Presents world with her particularly fiery external conflicts and passionate heroes and heroines. INNOCENT WIFE, BABY OF SHAME is one of those delicious stories in which the heroine truly looks in the wrong--even she thinks she's in the wrong--and you can't quite see how it's all going to work out. The hero is QUITE strong and a bit cruel...but I love it!

Great story with history between the couple, innocent and loving heroine, revenge tinged by sexual obsession, an alpha male who intended to ask her to marry him even before the misunderstandings between them were cleared up.  Great book. 

Rating: 4/5 stars, alpha male and revenge... it was yummy.

Okay, so let's start off by saying I'm a sucker for ‘reunion' stories where the couple has lost their love along the way. Add the fact that she was pregnant when they split and he didn't know about it and that book'll rise to the top of my TBR pile.
