I had hoped that Sun Kissed would be followed by book that I could enjoy more, I was disappointed.

A lovely book.  Young lady is to inherit a ranch and also inherits a baby.  A rancher stays around, long after he said he was leaving, to help her.  Both with the ranch and the baby,

I loved this story, it was heartwarming and thoroughly enjoyable.  I read it in a single sitting, just couldn't put it down.

Except for the screw-up listed below, this book drew me in and kept me there! It's the story of first love and what should have been. Only it didn't happen that way. Jesse Calder's final words to 19 yr old Abby was that he'd be back. But due to a horrific accident, he couldn't keep his promise right away. And when he was finally able to contact her, he was told to stay away - that she'd married someone else. But 7 yrs later, unrecognizable due to the accident, he's back.

And this time, he not only falls for Abby again, but for her daughter as well who just happens to have familiar blue eyes.

    This book made me cry more than once!  Wealthy cowboy, Rance Phillips just can't take his meddling father anymore...the busload of brides-to-be who crashed his branding session was the last straw, so he runs away from the ranch. He doesn't care where he's going, he just needs to get away. After driving all night, he ends up at a remote Montana ranch. And who should be running it, but the one who got away...his old flame...now a widow with 4 kids.
