Harlequin Presents

Thumbs up!

I was just looking at the freshly listed October Harlequin Presents....  and I noticed that two of the HPs in the "Mediteranean Doctors" miniseries have special notes letting readers know that the two books had previous publishing dates in the Harleqin Medical Romance line.  Good move!  I'm happy to see the notes.

Author Fanmail / Feedback... what's your experience with it?

I'm wondering about fanmail / feedback to authors...  do you do it?  Send a letter, send an email?  What's normal and what's creepy and obsessive?

Caretti's Forced Bride

challenge_name:

Loved this book! Jennie Lucas knows how to pack an emotional punch. I read this book on the plane as I was headed for RWA San Fran. Fabulous story!  Jennie has quickly become a must-read for me.

What I'm reading & loving... author(s) of the moment

I read lots of books.  If I read a book by an author and like it lots, I tend to go on a hunt for a few other books by that author and read a bunch at once.  I do a mini-marathon of author's works.  I get into a mood where I really am enjoying something about that author's style.

The Markonos Bride

challenge_name:

Spurred by tragedy Louisa flees the island of Aristos leaving the life as the wife of a Andreas Markonos, a wealthy greek playboy in the past. Now, years later, they cross paths once again. Can they overcome the tragedy of their past and build a new future together?

The Sheikh's Ransomed Bride

challenge_name:

I just loved this sheikh book.  I don't like "cruel" sheikhs, but Rafiq is the epitome of honour.  And he loves for keeps.  Annie West is a great new discovery for me.
