Step on it Cupid
The only other Little Black Dress book I'd read was by Julie Cohen (and I loved it) so recently bought 3 and have had them on my TBR pile for a while.
His Mistress, His Terms
If you enjoy a sassy, feisty heroine like I do, you'll love Merrow in this book. She's great!
Throw in one very sexy hero, who really is pretty close to perfect and the story moves along at a cracking pace.
The Soldier's Homecoming
If you love emotional reads, run out right now and grab a copy of Donna's book.
This is a beautifully realistic story of a single mum raising a daughter, and a scarred soldier returning home and trying to deal with more than a phyical injury.
It is a sweet, sigh-worthy, satisfying story, packed with emotion, emotion, emotion! HIghly recommended.
Kiss An Angel
I'm a huge fan of SEP. She's my favourite romance author and there are very few of her books I haven't read.
Kiss An Angel is one of her older books and while I loved the circus plot the marriage of convenience angle didn't work for me.
The heroine Daisy developed nicely while the hero is suitably scarred and very, very alpha.
The Cinderella Substitute by Nell Dixon
All Work and No Play by Julie Cohen
Blurb: She wasn't the kind of girl that gorgeous men flirted with. Except she knew Jay wanted her. And she wanted him. After all, all work and no play makes Jane a very dull girl.
Her Christmas Angel
A fabulous first book from a new author to Harlequin Romance.
Michelle creates a gorgeous romance with real characters and jam-packs the story with emotion.
The secondary characters are a highlight of this book also and you can't help but wonder what's in store for some of them...
A Woman to Belong To
This is a wonderful, vibrant story set in Vietnam.
Fiona does a great job of weaving the flavours of Vietnam throughout the book, really brings the setting alive.
As for the characters...Tom and Bec are magical together.
'Lady Be Good'
This is my first book of 2008 and my second SEP.
