Comfort Reads
As much as I love when one of my favorite authors releases a new book (or when I discover a fabulous new-to-me-going-to-add-them-to-my-keeper-shelf-author) there's nothing like revisiting old favorites.

Retro!!! But Wait....Where Did My Body Go????
I received a clothing catalog last week and opened it expecting to see the usual too tight tops, too short sweaters, crop pants. In my day we called any pants that hit above the ankles “floods,” so I do have a slight aversion to crop pants.
The Summer of Glorious Food
As summer winds down, I find myself thinking of the past couple of months as the Summer of Glorious Eating.
Keeping It Simple
I love to cook and bake. I collect recipes, watch the Food Network just about every day and am always trying new things. I rarely get intimidated by a recipe and often make baked goods from scratch, my own marinara sauce, homemade pasta/pizza/bread etc. So when we get invited to attend a picnic or party, I feel it’s a chance to try something new. An excuse to indulge in my love of cooking.
Back To Luke - Harlequin Superromance # 1579
Jayne Logan is in trouble and the only place she know where to go is to her old friend Jess Harper. But when she arrives so does the past. She comes into contact with Luke Corelli, her old flame, who doesn't want her around, because there will be nothing but trouble for everyone. But the more Luke and Jayne are together, the more the old attraction came back.
Back Home Again--Now and Then....
Always Something New...
One of the most intriguing facets of writing a book is doing the research--at least for me. I’ve visited plantations and English estates, caves and mountain tops, studied ranching and large animal veterinary practices, learned a little about restoration, carpentry and a lot of other subjects in the process of writing stories, both published and unpublished.
Maybe the most fun research was the latest--
