This is good if you've been abused or know of an abused person. Jan writes a good "method" of how to deal with the situation and understands only too well.

Wow.  I am not personally involved with the armed forces.  My dh is not involved with the armed forces.  I cannot imagine how terribly moving this book would be for someone who is personally involved with a soldier.

This is a new to me author, one I want to read again.
