This is a beautifully heartwarming story of love found in the wake of great loss. I am so glad I picked this up!

I bought all three books in Karen Templeton's "Guys and Daughters" series after reading a few excerpts. This is the first book, featuring Mia Vaccaro and Grant Braeburn.

Mia is a power-lawyer-turned-party-planner, the only girl in a gregarious, six-kid, Italian-Hungarian family. Grant is the only child of a couple who've turned 'aloof' into a fine art.

I give this book 4/5 stars.  It was very well written and very moving.  It tells of a woman who never wanted to fall for a married man and ended up doing that very thing.  It was part of the book series  "expecting"  but I don't think it belonged in it.  When you read it you'll understand.  I really liked it and it was very heartbreaking in some parts.  It is worth the read
