A POV change is needed … and voila — there the road lies.

So, am I alone in this? Am I the only one watching Ninja Warrior and dreaming about handsome Japanese heroes for my books?

I've always loved brothers as heroes in a series of connected stories. Probably because I've been terrifically blessed to have two wonderful brothers of my own.

I have a few e-books published, and have just accepted a contract at a second e-publisher (I'm very excited about that!) but after recently discovering that Silhouette Nocturne is more than vampires and werewolves, I'm suddenly much more interested in learning the Silhouette style.

As I embark upon writing my new Blaze this week, a mini-series about Texas Rangers for 2009, I am asking the question I ask often (and perusing a little eye candy for inspiration, as you can see): What makes a hero sexy? I love Colby, the hero pictured here, from Numb3rs, more and more because he's a rescuer -- I love guys who are willing to go to the limit to help others.
