I had stopped reading historicals in the late 80's, but then a couple of years ago, because of Michelle Styles and Michelle W., both historical writers who post regularly on Sub Care, I began to read them again.  And what can I say, I'm hooked.

My take: You have to admire the courage and guts Kerri displays in this story where she will do anything and everything if it means that it will get the funding needed to find a cure for her son Cody's terminal illness.

Stef Ann Holm has been a favourite and autobuy author since I read her first contemporary book ~ Girls Night ~ a number of years ago.  With each book since she’s cemented her place on my fave / autobuy list ~ and I do have one, never doubt it.
