I just love bad-boy heroes and know that if I lived in that time, I'd probably own a saloon and have wenches sitting on my lap all day.  However, I just love a strong no-nonsense heroine and Lacey fits the bill...the perfect woman for the cynical rough Jake Scully!

This is one of my favorite LIH and is the pefect example of what makes this line so special.  Add a noble hero, a stubborn heroine and lots of faith and I'm entralled.

I was in the mood for some lite, inspiring reading.  I thought the character of Josey was very believable.  The things she went through were so enjoyable to read about.  The ending of the book did surprise me.  I have come to find that I can depend on this author to deliver wonderful books to read.

This is a very touching story about forgiveness. The ending might have been a little too dramatic for my taste, but it didn't keep me from enjoying the book.

Linda Goodnight is a wonderful storyteller and I'm glad to have more of her books on my tbr shelves.

I read this book so I could share it with a friend.  This book was two stories in one book.  I enjoyed both stories and learned more about lilies and butterflies.  Overall this book was easy reading, but did inspire me to work on my relationship with God.
