Kerry and Adrian become reluctant partners when her psychic abilities/visions prove instrumental in solving a criminal investigation.  He's a jaded cop and she's a reluctant Cassandra, but he learns to trust her instincts and along the way learns to love again.  I truly liked these characters, but then Rachel Lee has a way of writing very REAL characters.

This is a great story about a woman discovering life after losing her husband to cancer.
Through a series of letters he leaves for her, she discovers more about his love for her and she also discovers all the wishes he has for her life. This is a sweet, moving book.

Everyone makes mistakes...but he isn't looking for redemption.

The tagline is the reason I picked this book up. The story is the reason I completely forgot I had to work today. Beth Andrews is AWESOME!

I'll keep it short and sweet.

This is a wonderful, moving story about love and loss told over the period of six months. In 1942, a young boy struggles to understand the way the changes in his family will impact him. Caught between boyhood and becoming a young man, he tells the tale of a Christmas he'll never forget. This is a wonderful book.

This was a really sweet story. It's the first one I read in the Sisterhood of the Dropped Stitches miniseries, but it was easy to get to know the characters quickly. It was not at all what I expected--I had no idea that the "sisters" shared bond was that each of them had had cancer, but it was a very inspirational story. It had a lighthearted tone, and I really enjoyed it.

A great Nicholas Sparks read...
Although this book had a typical ending, I thoroughly enjoyed it. Sparks always manages to grab me, though I'll admit some of his stories are better than others. A Bend in the Road was very enjoyable, and the characters were very engaging. :)

A wonderful story about the trials and tribulations of highschool sweethearts who have stayed behind each other through thick and thin. I loved the ending of this story because it is not typical. It does deliver a promise, but reminds us that everything does come at a price.

My aunt introduced me to a cute second-hand book and record shop on College St. called She Said Boom. Upon my first visit there, she picked up this book and told me that I had to read it.
