Rainbow's End
This was probably the best Love Inspired book I've ever read! It was very well written, although at times I felt the author had way more plot action to convey than her word count allowed for, and things got a tad rushed here and there, although I would way rather have an author cram and rush than stretch and dribble (yack) so that was all cool with me!
The Tycoon's Princess Bride
I was a bit sceptical about the Royal House of Niroli series, minor royalty not being particularly my thing.
Bought: One Island, One Bride
Susan Stephens tells a compelling story, one that had me fanning myself one minute and reaching for the Klenex the next. The sexual tension between Ellie (a poor, conservationist, tour guide with a traumatic past) and Alexander (a zillionaire who just purchased her island and has trust issues) is intense and their conflict is well built. This was an enjoyable read.
Once A Pirate
Andrew Spencer sailed the seas seeking revenge and there were very few merchants' treasures that he hadn't given a jolly-rogering. But on this particular voyage, he found his task harder than usual. As a brown-eyed beauty was hoisted from the waves, he found his pirate's soul plundered from without and a firey need conjured up from within.
