Gentle but ever so romantic read.  A get lost in the book kind of read. 

This is just one of those books , I picked up because of the blurb on the back. It is about a navy seal whose ex wife dies's and he,  has decisions to make about his four year old son. He is totally clueless this big bad seal, along comes Pickett a family therapist. With her help a relationship starts between father and son.  Can anything else developed ?

I didn't enjoy this as much as I'd hoped I would, largely due to the bad language and some of the situations.  However, the mystery is good.  What starts out as a hunt for a missing cat heir (yes, heir to a fortune worth millions) turns into something far more sinister and deadly.  On top of her first big case for the law firm where she works, Sara Townley's Las Vegas honeymoon shows up to haunt her when her husband, Navy SEAL Connor Macnamara, finally gets back from a secret mission and takes up residence in her suddenly too-small apartment.
