I could relate to the heroine in Book 3. She's the middle sist
er - Cassie Warren - a divorced mother who refuses to be ‘managed'. Her father tried and failed. Her sister failed as well. That's why Cassie left the home ranch in the first place and went looking for a job in the city where she is raising her son alone. Sometimes a girl just needs to stand on her own 2 feet.
But along comes Andrew Morris, a lawyer, and a man used to taking charge. He wants Cassie but without any commitments. He has so many ideas to improve her life! Of course, Cassie rebels, as usual.
