I really enjoyed this book in B.J.Daniels series Whitehorse,Montana. She kept you on your toes in this one all the way though the book. You ddnt know who the bad guys were in it up until the very end of it.

The main characters were a joy to read to. Both of them stubborn all the way though it.

Next installment in the Park Avenue series.  Tessa is Sebastian’s assistant, when she wants to quit, Sebastian decides that won’t do and takes her with him to Caspia, his home country.  The two connect there, but is there a future for them.  Okay book, didn’t love that she cheated on her boyfriend b

Phillip & Hannah have been engaged for eight years, when the death of his mother speeds up their marriage.  They have spent little time together previously.  After a quick engagement, the two marry, but can Hannah get Phillip to open up to his emotions or will their marriage find itself of a short duration?

Rant Warning: I ranted a bit on this one.  It touched a personal beef of mine about double standards. 

Favourite Scene: (I like how he kisses her injured palm)

The chafed area where the reins had sawed into her palm stood out red, he said something under his breath.
Sara froze listening to her heartbeat pick up speed.
The tips of Gabe's lean fingers touched the fragile blue veins at her wrist measuring that betraying pulse. He looked up sharply his eyes fiercely gleaming and tension crackled in the air between them so potent it drowned out the frantic urging of her brain to get the hell out of there.
As though compelled he lifted her hand and kissed the palm his lips lingering draining the soreness from the skin setting fire to the reckless craving she tried so hard to keep secret.

The straightforward proposition sliced her composure into ribbons. It also hurt some hidden, vulnerable part of her; in his glance she saw nothing but cool speculation, as though she was something pretty he wanted and could afford, a thing to play with and then discard once the novelty wore off.
Outraged, she hid her seething emotions with a slight smile. ‘You’re very kind,’ she said calmly, ‘but no thanks.’ She wasn’t some glamorous, brainless sex toy willing to trade her body for a short passionate interlude.
He kept her pinned with that uncomfortably penetrating gaze. ‘Are you in love with Hawke Kennedy?'
